NEJM Knowledge+ Covid-19 Vaccine Training
On February 8, 2021, NEJM Knowledge+ launched Covid-19 Vaccine Training: What Every Clinician Needs to Know, a free educational program developed in collaboration with Area9 Lyceum. From Area9 Lyceum and AACC – Free CME on Coronavirus
Area9 Lyceum has released an adaptive learning module on Covid-19, using AACC Learning Lab for Laboratory Medicine on NEJM Knowledge+.

It sounds really surprising that the bedside early diagosis of COVID-19 contagion and overt inflammation, of course, is overlooked all around the world (1-4). The reliable and refined Spattini’s Sign, applicated on scheletric muscle, for instance, the quadriceps muscle, allows physician to diagnose healthy individual as well as subjects involved by COVID-19 contagion, so that healthy carriers can be recognized in 10 seconds (1). What accounts for the reason nobody informs about this inexpensive, reliable, fast-running, early clinical diagnosis?
Beside 10 diseased individuals, onvolved by SARS-CV-2 there are about 8 healthy carriers ignored, who they are disseminating the coronavirus, due to the scarse sensitivity of pharingeal swab.

People may be sick with the virus for 1 to 14 days before developing symptoms. The most common symptoms of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) are fever, tiredness, and dry cough. Most people (about 80%) recover from the disease without needing special treatment.
